"Socket handle with hemp wrap and turk's head knots. OAL 10 1/4 in, blade 5 1/2 in. The handle has a palm swell for comfort. It has a leather belt sheath."

As always with David's knives, the blade is uber sharp. Balance point is right at the front turk's head knot. The sheath is deep, with a well-stitched belt-loop.

The palm swell makes this very comfortable in the hand. Have not had it long enough to do much more than hold it, so I'll come back to this after i've put in some more time with the knife. It is obviously well-made, and i like the kind of 'primitive' look that the piece has. I really enjoy the socket-handled knives i've got, and am glad to have one from David Farmer.
