My wife got this knife and sheath for me for Christmas, and even managed to keep the whole thing a secret until last night when I opened it.
David Lisch, JS, snake skin damascus and amber stag hunter, in a John M. Cohea period sheath. The knife is 8.25" long and weights 7 oz.,
while the sheath adds a hair over 3 oz. to the total weight. I did my best with the photos, but I am no pro. The knife and sheath are both
far more stunning in person. A huge "Thank You!" goes out to my wife and both makers. Enjoy.

Thanks, John, and the sheath has had just as many "wows" as the knife has. It's perfect for this knife.

Thanks Jeff. The sheath is not as decorated as most of mine are.Dave said this was going to be his personal EDC, so he didn't want a lot of do dads hanging on it, but I could'nt resist dressing it up just a little with the snake inlay and the single red bead.

You're a Lucky man!
Very nice knife and sheath. Especially like the damascus as I most always do David's patterns.

VERY nice indeed. That damascus is awesome and the sheath suits the knife VERY well. Congrats on getting such a nice gift and having a wife that would give it to you.

Wow! What an excellent gift. That outfit is spectacular. Love that amber stag and check out the distal taper on the blade...infinity comes to mind when looking for the tip. Great collaboration and HUGE score for you.
