Flat I don't know about DM, but I sure do like the one that I have. You need to try one of the 819's out to see if you like it! When I was at the Buck twenty year, I was able to get my hands on a FB one, so that it could be used. HL

I had a chance to buy the whole series and passed on it. That was probably a big mistake. Maybe I'll collect them up one day...:)

Once CB signs them I have a hard time cutting anything with it.

I'm waiting for the one signed by Frank Buck.

Darn great knife though!!!

Flat, Yes I did ..? A 119 w/ upgrade steel . What Buck nut wouldn't ! Nice pictures .
Thanks for posting them . DM

O, Boy ! I can't believe this . You know I've been accused of shooting one of Santa's Reindeer -- the one with the biggest rack ! But I'll refrain this time . DM

I guess I should add "Merry Christmas" David.

Edit: Oh I forgot to say that you must remember to take action photos of you using the knife and share with the forum.
I hope you enjoy it. gw

Second, thought I'll just send you a check as many already know of your kindness . DM

Action photos -- you know I wouldn't dirty up a nice up grade, limited edition Buck knife .
Thank you very much , DM

The one I sent you already has blood on it. I accidently nicked my finger. Damn thing is really sharp.
But you do what you want with it. :)

I had to go outside to see if the stars were in proper alignment or something . Do I need to start purchasing Lottery tickets as I've never had a friend like this . Has my horse been telling you our morning coffee conversations ? He promised not to do that ! DM

That horse named Ed?

Well I'm going to bed. I'm reading a good book named 'Up Country' that's about a retired military police detective that goes back to 'Nam to investigate a murder/frag incident. Pretty good.

Talk to you later David. g

I'm gonna check my mail box too!, You know, stuff gets sent to the wrong address all the time, and i believe in Christmas miracles.

Nice holiday action here. What a nice surprise.

Warms the heart.

BG42, He's not the only one that does that around here . Stick around and watch .
I'll stick up for them as theres many that are good, true blue, generous men . Darn, fine bunch no matter what end of the stick I'm on . DM

Oh, I believe it.

I'll stick around. The information available here is priceless.

A paid membership allows you to search a veritable gold mine of archives, too.

Just plug Joe Houser into search and see what wonderful and informative threads pop up. I'd mention other names, but won't since I might accidentally leave out some of the top experts and insult them by so doing.

I searched out Dave334's posts once, but discovered I haven't quite cracked his code yet......but I'm learning to understand him, too.

Anyhow, it's nice to see the generosity here. People are giving of knives and information and humor......laughter is the best medicine of all, I think.
