What a combo!! The DaVinci Experience is here locally and I've been itching to see it, so today I did. It is being held at the local aeronautics museum and I was able to check out the plane, etc. for the same price. It was pretty cool, but a little sad. At the end of the tour there was a baby dove that had fallen out of the nest it's mother had made in one of the engines. The staff had very strict rules about what they could and could not do with a live bird. As we were leaving they were attempting to move the bird without it coming in contact with humans.

Oh yeah, it was only 104*F today, nice day to stroll around the tarmac.

I've done no editing to the photos and I tried to get all the signs so the pics are self explanatory. I hope you enjoy it.

There are around 160 or so photos and make sure you click the link at the bottom to go to page 2.

Enjoy!!

Thanks for the tour Ted...nice to be able to see something on the other coast without having to travel.

I really enjoyed the tour Ted.  Leonardo DaVinci is one of the ageless people that has long fascinated me and obviously many others as well. The man must've had an ironclad stomach as well as a very high or nonexistent gag reflex to have been able to study dead humans as thoroughly as he did, I had trouble dissecting dead frogs in biology!!!! :barf: :o
