Alrighty then, I got to talk to DB for a little while tonight, and he is on the mend, folks. DB's had it pretty rough the last few months. On top of other medical issues, there has been, changes, and not the good kind. He was stationed at the VA Hospital for several weeks, taking some pretty serious meds and hands on care.
BUT, he's back home now, and is on the mend. He said he's feeling better everyday, and the meds they got him on, are starting to work. To a testament to the healing process, he got out and walked about a half a block the other day.
Its not my story to tell, but it is a story I know, and what I will tell you, is walking a half a block, is monumental. HUGE. DB said he would try to get on tomorrow and that he misses all you guys.
To the ones that don't know, DB is THE BECKERHEAD. The Alpha Original. Some of you newbies to the forum will have the honor of getting know a guy that most of us call a good friend, and help him recoup, with some laffs, some discussions, and some Beckers.
