Day 3 on day 4 .BK-9 and crappie

Well I went fishing yesterday but left them in the Ice chest till I got off work today.
The BK-9 cleaning Crappie.

I like my crappie with the skin on it. Taste better to me anyway. The BK-9 did a good job of cleaning them crappie.

That would be something to see. The salmon are just hitting the smaller rivers here. Let's see if I can beat you to be the first post with some salmon/machax'n.

Cut 'em down the middle, chop off the head and fillet off the skin. But you need a fillet knife.

Poor technique. If you're using a -9, you don't CUT the heads off -- you CHOP the heads off!!!

You cut the heads off if you are using a -5 (or 15 it they be small 'uns).

Well, to tell you the truth I only cut in a little was on my cement table.Then I picked them up and sat them down on top of the ice cheat

and cut the rest of the way off.

Probably will be, openings usually don't start till about July in the places I usually go.
