Day in the woods

Took the micarta mafia to the woods for a hike.... no i didn't carry them all with me..... took the pics at the truck... Strapped on the Esee 3.....beautiful out there today.......good photo op down by the Gunpowder river in Northern Baltimore county..... I am 30 minutes north of the city and 30 minutes south of some of the best whitetail hunting in the US.....a lot of Pope and Young deer come from the farms North of Baltimore.... surprised?

Out of all pictured, which have you/do you use the most in the woods if I could ask? The 3rd one down

has my interest, I'm just wondering how practical it really is. Mark.
 
The tracker is a beast.... can handle anything you throw at it.......I take it on family camping trips, mostly to trim up some kindling size branches for the fire.....i do love it but I am partial to my BK7 and carry either the BK14 or the Izula 2 for the small stuff while in the woods..... my EDC is always the ESEE 3.... Never leave home without it.

some of the best racks I have seen are in Montgomery county ...
like the BK7 ... NICE.
 
The big ones are tough outdoor cutting tools. Don't be afraid to use them as such.
 
They are all brand new... got the bug and had the funds to support this addiction.... will be out there all the time..... throughout the year.... will post pics after I break them in. lol
