My friend Ed and I went to the same location we went to in Jan. to practice woodcraft and survival skills. We split wood, built a cookfire, made a figure four trap, snare trap and built a tarp shelter.

More great pics. You have some beautiful scenery there, and some great tools.

I have a few TOPS blades and like the ones I have. Been thinking about the Alasken harpoon, what's your thoughts on it?

That blade belongs to Ed. It's his favorite Top's knife. It goes everywhere with him. He keeps it with his gear in his truck. I like it also. The handle is shaped well, it has a choil to choke up for fine work. As a matter of fact , he used it and the Mora while we were building the fig. 4 trap and snare. The pic of the snare was hard to see. It blended with the background. so I guess we did it right. :D From watching him use the AH, on our outing's, I think you'd be happy with it. This is making me want one. :D
