Sorry for the slow reply, I've just returned from a holiday in the Welsh mountains.
As far as the incident goes, I had about 13 hours of paperwork to do in relation to the incident, which is pretty much usual for the UK. The case is due to go to court in mid September and if he pleads guilty and is sentenced, I may just get my CQC6 back.
In the meantime, I'll have to make do with the Knife the Emerson company sent to me along with the SOCFK I've just received !
