Hi. I bought a couple knife kits DDR3 BL. These are my first folders. I got them together fairly easily despite no instructions that I could find anywhere. The page on knifekits.com was not terribly helpful. Questions:
1. The button lock sticks. I loosened things up and tried to fidget multiple times and it will work a few times then stick again on the opposite liner. Any tricks? Does that need sanded or oiled or keep fidgeting?
2. Online I see where people talk about a plastic safety. Mine did not come with one. Do I need that and if So is there a tutorial anywhere?
3. Regarding a spring for an auto, I can’t seem to find what size spring and where to drill the hole. Again, is there a tutorial?
4. Last question, does anyone have a template for a back spine? They do t come with one and the ice guys at knifekits looked for an extra but no luck. Thanks!!!
