DDR3 BL spline

hi all. This is my first post. I ordered a knifekits DDR 3 BL folder kit but don’t see a back spline. I see a lot of really impressive file work on those knives in these forums, but where is everyone getting the spline? Are you making the spline or ordering it from somewhere? Maybe I ordered the wrong kit? Thanks a bunch. Looking forward to making a few of these as gifts.

You used to be able to order the spine as a separate piece. You can also make one from a contrasting metal, like bronze or brass.

Call Knifekits and ask about the spine.

If you don't know, the DDR-BL's easily convert to automatic.
