My Grizzly 2 X 72 is one of the most used tools in my shop. (I know- I also have a Hardcore and a Pheer 427.)
Used the grinder and shut it off. Went back after a few minutes and turned it on-dead as a hammer. Don't think it's the starting capacitor. It's just dead.
Yes, it's getting power.
Are these things internally fused?
Any ideas?

Broken switch is a common problem.

If it was just the start cap, it would still hum, try to run and you could jump start it by spinning it and then switching it on.

It's worth puttin g the meter on, before the switch, after the switch and so on to see where the power stops.

Sniff it, see if the motor smells like death.

It's not the start cap.
Motor isn't burned.
I'll look at the switch this afternoon.
