You got to be careful.
I won't make anything off thr wall or special without the cash.
You have to pursue this guy, contact his CO, the police dept in the town he lives in, any knifemakers in his area, post his name all over the place. just state the facts. They ordered a knife ,you sent it they haven,t paid.
Had a problem on ebay once and pursued this guy right into a jail term for fraud. It wasn't all me but I sure helped.
Just keep at him.
If he lives around Yakima Wa. send me a copy of the bill a'll go collect.
Take Care

TJ.. you started a new thread :)

Ya know, TJ may be on to something here! If the dirtbag dodger's name is plastered around, maybe a local maker in the dirtbag's neighborhood can make a difference.Such as call or call on the guy, or go to a collection agency, or the local cops, if it is an outright theft/con job. There are ways to rectify the situation if there is someone locally to do a few minutes legwork.
