I hope this don't come off like spam or anything, but I am here to tell everyone that I am going to sell off my anvil, and I just posted it in the for-sale forums. I tried to get back into forging, but my shoulder just aint what it used to be. I figure with the way I make knives now, and the more artistic style I am leaning towards these days makes it that forging just isnt my thing anymore.

It sure would be nice if someone going to the Hammer-In, would buy this. I actually added a sweet sweet freebie as incentive for anyone to pick it up. Breaks my heart to part with it, but I can't do it all. Looks like the forging part has got to be the one practice I leave behind as my world evolves into for machining.

Yup. Steve Olszewski took it. Had a nice long frantic ride down to Rhode Island to deliver it too. :yawn: Nice guy. He just bagged a deer with a bow that morning and was waiting to go track it. :thumbup:
