The perks of Buck Collector Club membership are numerous, fun and exciting. Yes they are.

The 2014 Dealer Catalog, 2014 Price List & the March 2014 Newsletter arrived this morning in one mailer, from San Bruno, CA. Oh boy!

Please, I don't mean to push too hard on this, but the vast majority of BCCI members do not do BladeForums and do not read their own website chat room. So if you BCCI members here were planning on buying one of the fancy 301s the newsletters will be in the hands of the majority of BCCI members very soon and your horse may get passed by the herd. Remember there will only be 200 made. I will now keep quite on this till I am informed 200 orders have been received and I will pass the information to you here.

I sent in an order on Saturday. Do you think I will end up getting one? I placed an order for one of each in case one was sold out. If I end up getting both Ill have one to display and one to carry haha.
 
All you fast horses can relax. As of yesterday less than 35 knives have been ordered. I am guessing without a big newsletter turnout I will be buying Larry a hotdog at the Blade show. Time will tell. Catalogs in the mail should provide some evening reading during this pre-TV college basketball time.

Waiting for cutlery to be manufactured and then delivered (case in point, white 300 series) is sorta like hunting and getting your target but not eating it. You miss getting the meal until some future point in time... While we are waiting here's something to look at:

Oregon, I am jealous.... you got your mail yesterday, and here I am in california, and the mail lady did not deliver it here today.....
maybe tomorrow.... hopefully!
 
Nothing for me in the mail today either :-(

300Bucks has me all stressed out, don't want to get run over by a herd of anything, but do want to have an option to spend $$ on a new Buck :-)

Going to have to ghillie suit up now and stake out the mailbox.

I hear you & I feel you. I'm in central CA and no news letter for me????? But, we all know that any BCCI member can go to the BCCI web site and print the order form and mail it at will. No need to have you your news letter in hand.

I got mine package in the mail but not the son? We are both life BCCI types.

That's how I got my order for one of each out into the mail yesterday!
 
Darn mail..... I keep stalking the mail lady, but she didn't have it again today.
I always worry when things don't have a tracking #, because that is when things seem to get lost :(
Hopefully it arrives tomorrow, I am very excited to feast my eyes on the catalog :)

My order is in on the Larry list (Larry is Santa visiting in March, oh boy oh boy!. There are new hat pins: 50th and Splizzers.
 
I received mine in yesterday's mail. I've not opened it yet, but will take it with me to the knife show. Perhaps I can read it some there. I think we're safe as 300 mentioned the majority of collectors don't traffic this site OR the BCCI's collectors site. Which I've not understood. Nice photos of the Red Tailed hawk. DM
