Dealer Membership Still not Active?

I purchased a Dealers Membership on Oct. 27th and it has yet to be activated. The payment was sent through paypal and unless i am missing somthing i do not see an option to change the usergroup to dealer. Is there any way that this could be checked up or a way to find out if it is still pending (other then there not being an option to change my usergroup)

Since there is no option to change your user group, Spark hasn't activated it yet.

He has been seeing a problem with PayPal notifications. He may need your PayPal transaction #.
