Hi all,
I am new to the forum. I am a novice knifekaker and need a motor and controller. Has anyone worked with Dealers Electric in NJ? They have a super restricted return policy that sends up major red flags.

I don't know about that company, but I know a lot of people around here recommend automation direct. I just bought a motor from them that will be here tomorrow for my disc grinder. They seem to have pretty reasonable prices and I got free shipping.

bought a TECO vfd from them. good service, good online support, good prices. know what you want before you shop there.

I bought a motor and TECO vfd package from them which was pretty cheap and has been working good. They don't have good technical help in my opinion though.

Automation Direct is fanstastic! I have used everything from their motors and PLCS to AC drives. Works great and the prices are nice.
I personally wouldn't buy anything from any company that didn't have a good return policy.. That just sends up red flags to me as well.
