Andy, you are going to have to post pics of that FF! I'll be interested to see what 1" difference will do to the overall weight and look of the knife. BTW, that WWII is perfect. I'm going to have to try and resist that one...

By the way, anyone notice anything about ALL the knives listed today? Every single one has a traditional bolster. All well done pretty work. It looks better on some knives than others, but I really like the look of it on the BGRS's.

I have a pile of them with the habaki bolster though and don't plan on getting rid of any of them. In any case whoever gets that 15"er is in for a treat.

Thanks Norm. Will do. This purchase is already approved at comittee...;)

I've got a plan for sneakin the others into the collection now too. :D

Good one Bri. She didn't mark it sold and I was spraining a parietal lobe thinking about it... I have a pepper wood 18" AKvillager and it is an awesome beauty with flame-like grain.

If that one looks a little "white", the kamis don't seem to be putting any finish on some special woods... rightly... so they're not covered up and we can pick our finishes. I used nuttin' but Ballistol and I like the way it looks.

Congrats...

Mike

Thanks, Mike. It will be my first pepperwood handle. I love the Ganga Ram shape and function. I want to patina the blade and finish the wood with my usual oil/varnish solution. Perhaps I will post a pic of it when it's finished. :)

somebody snap these up - seeing them sit around is making me start to think things I shouldn't about that WWII :o

Ok, :D

The wife saw the BDC and said....Get it!!!!

Man your wife is a keeper. Can she cook too?

Yup, She Rocks!!!! She likes Guns and Knives too  :D

She can empty the mag of her Glock23 into a 3" group at 25 yds consistantly.

WOW. Hope you got her a great Christmas gift. Mine is willing to shoot, but not ....skilled. I don't think she'd shoot anyone anyway, but maybe if they were harming our daughter it would be different. Her dad bought her a cute little .32 revolver and she can handle it fairly well. She doesn't cheer on my Khuk habbit though.
