email sent on Hi Bolo, if I get lucky and get this one I hope it doesn't need any more than some epoxy or I may need some advise from Aproy1101. Excellent job on the Hi Bolo handle repair by the way.

Boys, that sword at $125 is an incredible bargain. Think of all the time just to engrave the blade, and to carve the handle!

ok...the 13 incher special is mine! not too dinky, and i love that shape!!!

i admit, i was browsing through some of the, errm, more quaint sellers on ebay, you know "ganjawal multitool thingy" this, blah blah,,but cmon, HI has the crown! yay! i have also remembered- i do have one very special kukri, my 1st ever from HI. bought it years ago, bought it when uncle bill was still with us. i was much more naive at the time, more iterested in swords. i asked uncle bill origionally for the 30inch sirupate- but he said at the time they didnt have any. i "think" what i have here is a 30 odd inch kobra- i know its one that HI dont make any more. i never had the heart to use it,so it sits in a prime spot on my wall. so its precious for a number of reasons! i also managed to bag a rough made kukri made by that new guy (very sorry, im bad at names!). polished it myself! why do i feel a call for photos?

Interesting, AOL hates me.

I tried to send an email to Yangdu for about half an hour, but they kept getting rejected by AOL. I tried sending via different services, etc. No luck. "Service Unavailable"

So finally I clicked on the link to AOL that described the error number that was sent in the returned message. It said there was some URL in my email that AOL users have complained about so any message with that URL in it is blocked.

Looking at my email message there are no URLs. The closest thing to it is my email address I typed at the bottom of my message.

Deleted my email address and re-sent. Goes through fine.

AOL hates me. But I don't care, the feeling is mutual. :)

Eric.

I just got back from a fishing trip in Lafitte, LA caught some nice Red Fish and Speckled Trout then scored on the Hi Bolo blem, I must be doing something right! Bob
