Some nice knives here! Would pick up that FK if I didn't already have one - the wood is beautiful and new red sheaths are neat. Glad that these are becoming fairly regular - fills me with a sense of pride :p
 
Moogoogaidan, since you have all ways of contacting you off, if you want to do the ASTK comparison, then you will need to email me first, OK? ;)

I took some pix and some of the measurements but cannot find my protractor so the angle measurement will wait until I go to the store for something...

the cleaver's wood handle really is a beauty is the FK. This is some of the nicest satisal I've seen and I really do like the red scabbards. The actual shade of red is a nice one IMO and would look great as a two-tone brown-red scabbard. The black-red one on yesterday's PEN KNIFE was stunning. :thumbup::cool::thumbup:
 
Will do -- sorry warty. Going to school full-time, work full-time, and after hours training twice a week for 4 hour sessions eats into my schedule!

I'll have ample time this weekend to snap pictures and measure. :)
 
Now I understand. ;) take all the time you need. I'm not going anywhere and I am sure to ignore my duties at least one or two days after I get the email from you. :) Like I say, I still need to get myself a protractor since I haven't yet found the one I used to have...
 
The Kamis have been turning out some great knives lately. I think todays Tamang is the best one I've seen. Tirtha's Farm Knives are among HI's best products in my opinion; I love my horn handled version but todays has one of the nicest satisal handles I've seen and the cleaver looks great too. The ASTK looks fine too; but I like yesterday's slightly better.
 
i got a bit nervous there as i had spoken with Auntie a while back about the cleaver and she said that Vim was going to do some, but one set aside so :)
