WHAT A BARGAIN AND ALL DUE TO KARMA!!!

I originally posted this Vishwa Karma special by master Kami Bura @ 225.00 and did not receive an offer of purchase so I reduced it to $195.00 and still no buyer. It is not my policy to reduce my price as I try to be reasonable so all can enjoy owning one of HI Knives. BUT--this knife did not like the Nevada weather and has now developed a hairline crack in it's handle Sooooo-----you can now purchase it for $145.00 as is. *SOLD*

20 inch 23 ounce villager Movie model by Bura. Another great work by Bura.
Satisal wood handle. Take this one for $100 YBB *SOLD*

17 inch 24 ounce baby Ganga Ram by Bura. Superb handle. Your's for $85 YBB***** *SOLD*

18 inch 22 ounce Mallla by Kumar. Nice Satisal wood andle. 10/10 rig.
$78 delivered. *SOLD*

14 inch 12 ounce YCS Karda by Kumar. Carved Chandan wood handle.
$85 YBB. *SOLD*

Email to get any or all.

Mail sent on Ganga and Karda....

Boy that Vishwa Karma is something, but I'm tapped out.

Movie model, YCS Karda and Ganga Ram gone.

That VK Special is gorgeous, though the uncarved part of the handle looks to be a bit small to hold when chopping.

$100 for a village movie model is a nice deal. I was more than happy with the one that I received. Great looking for a villager and really nice tools with it.

*sigh*

I AM saving money with this new no-internet job, but I feel I am not helping the kamis enough.

Vishwa karma is amazing. It may be a trick of the light but to me, his likeness looks quite happy to be there.

I've been gone all day to the Dentist. I come back and Norm hasn't bought this special carved handle khuk? Anyone call his home to make sure he's alright?

Actually, I think the poor guy is probably low on funds just like a lot of us, and the struggle to stay on top of all these first editions and variations is probably driving him to an early grave.

Wow, these deals sure go fast!

I'm new to the site, and also anxiously awaiting my first Khukuri. Actually due to the addictive nature of this beast I've ordered three right away. Two from Khukuri House (Panawal Special and Mini Panawa Special), and one HI (Chiruwa AK). Any hints on how to hide a large knife from the wife? Does this addiction slow down after the first?

The knife thats left is gorgeous. Somebody snap it up before my wife leaves me!!!!

Welcome, aproy1101.

Don't loose your wife. Your mission is to get the khuks and the girl.

The addiction gets worse...

The khukuris that own me tend to feel that they shouldn't have to hide in their own house. :D

You about got it right Munk! I kind of groaned when I saw this guy and started fondling my credit cards, but then had an attack of common sense for once, that is actually becoming more the norm for me. Christmas is coming up, my 16 year old is making comments about new/as new/used cars, the dentist on my end wants $1150 up front for a crown, and of course there's always property taxes to interfere with carefully planned knife purchases. (-;

I am trying to be semi-responsible by only going sharking if I have the funds available from selling something else or waiting for my regularly scheduled paycheck, which doesn't go too far after all the deductions. I sold a couple of knives on the Exchange the other day and some via email week before last.

I'm also trying to keep learning to not be in such a rush, and to let the knives meant for me come to me. I used to think that if I didn't do whatever I had to do to snag something that it would be gone forever, but usually another as interesting or more interesting and cool comes along, and pretty quickly at that. And Sher is coming out with new models so fast that Trump would have trouble keeping up with him. :D

It has taken me a long while but I am finally listening to Uncle Bill and his message of being more patient. It's hard to do sometimes, but seems to work better all around.

Ah, you know I was only kidding. It was 'meant' for you to collect the blades you have, just as now it is 'meant' for you to slow down. Hey- God is Good; whatever you decide is best!

In a strange way, I feel a kind of kinship with your collection, Norm. I want you to add to it. It's just not in the cards for me to have as large a collection as I'd like. Someone's got to do that job, though, right?

Well norm.......if you ever want to let go of one of your chits.....even the baby ones..........you know who to call...... ;) :o
