I think the wood slabs on that Munk cleaver are the nicest ones yet. Really outstanding.

And our second D-1 finally arrives. I like this one very much, even though the chitlangi bowie seems to have taken off first. I think this was the kamis first pass at lefthandblack's original idea.

well, that's a super fine looking munk cleaver. i wish i had the funds. i've already purchased this week too many things (not just from here, food, gas, games, heh). i say that, but i'm drooling. i do want one. dammit.

in fact, my triangular box showed up today. yar. the false edge on these kerambits is sharp. i didn't know that. whoa. mine has a more leaf shape than stabby shape (right down to a SLIGHTLY rounded point from the false edge). interesting. VERY stout. nice sheath too.

the other item, my pen replacement, it's not a pen. but a foxy folly - yay - this one has a long handle. interesting. going out now to find a soft tree to test on :)

Welcome back Jai. How was vegas?

With all of the BDC's that have shown up in the past DOTD, someone could of picked up each one and still came away with knives that are all very different, yet still the same style.

I love the look of the BDC, but that bowie convinced me to buy it within 5 secs of seeing it.

as for vegas... IT WAS GREAT!!! i needed a vacation lol
if you guys have not been there or have not seen the "tournament of kings" show at the excalibur... YOU GOT TO SEE IT!!!
for $50+- per person you can sit front row and enjoy a hilarious and entertaining show that includes a delicious dinner!!! very very worth the money.
me and my fiance saw cirque de soliels "KA" which we also highly recommend... BUT the decent seats we got cost us $125-$150 per person (thats a nice khuk or 2 on yangdu DOTD)
saw a couple magic shows, wax museum, toured the strip, shopped.... yada yada yada gambled till 5am (6am for my fiance) this morning won a good amount then lost every thing lol, didnt sleep and went straight on bladeforums when i got home... IT FEELS GREAT TO STARE AT A REAL COMPUTER SCREEN!!! instead of a 2x2" screen on my cellphone :barf:

DOTD!!! watch out!!! im back!!! on a real computer!!! lol
