Save me from myself, some one. I have a real weak spot for Kobras. An 18" 18oz kobra would be an incredible addition to my kobra line up. However, the wife has flatly said that we are already over extended with holiday shopping already....bah:grumpy:

The YCS and Cherokee Rose are breathtaking. What a great line up today!

Email sent on the Kerambit. I went through a 'Kerambit Phase' a while back after reading "The Musashi Flex" by Steve Perry. I haven't bought one in a while; the non-Tigerclaw design of these HI's may be more practical for me than what I already have. This one seems like a great price too. While writing this, I received order confirmation and payment has been sent. Thanks Yangdu.

Sorry for the poor pictures

Why on earth is that R-7 still there, guys? Fantastic little belt knife to be sure:)

I really liked "The Musashi Flex". I was going to read the rest of the series that it was a prequel to, but they were out of print.

The whole Steve Perry Matadora Series was quite good; I read them in the late 80s. Even though they're out of print, you can buy them used from Amazon. My favorite was "The Man Who Never Missed" -- it was published first, but chronologically follows, "The 97th Step" in the storyline (it was written 4th).

I usually buy my used books from http://www.alibris.com. They are cheaper than Amazon usually. I was able to find all of the Matador series there.
