Great Price For Villager Knives

The Kamis in our shop made some villager Fit & Finish knives without the
sheaths Karda and Chakma. All of them were very well made and
come with a fully sharp blade.

This is a perfect opportunity to get these knives at a great price for your
collections. We all are looking at the approaching holidays and wondering if
we have enough money to cover our coming expenses. This is the perfect
opportunity to get a great knife from today's deal.

If any of you want to buy the Kami Medical Fundraiser sheath, just add $20
to your purchase and I will send your knife with the sheath.

If you want one of these knives, hurry up and shop now. You will save a
huge amount of money.

What great deals. I feel lucky to have gotten the gelbu special. I have been waiting for something to show up in that length and weight.

Question about KMFR sheaths:

I have two of them. They look identical except for the colors of the snaps. Just like the photo in this thread.

I have a 16.5" CAK with a nice thick spine (1/2" at the widest). I can use it in one sheath but not the other. The strap is just a little too short, so it won't snap closed around the spine of this thick blade.

This is not a problem for me, since I use the slightly narrower sheath for my Chitlangi, which is how it came in the package.

My question: Is the difference due to accidental variation from one sheath to another, or are the sheaths "color-coded" so that the ones with two different color snaps are intended for narrower blades?

The sheaths should be pretty much the same. I suspect the variation is due to the placement of the added snap.

Awesome deals here, Qeth you're gonna love that Pen Knife, got mine recently and can't wait to take it for a proper test run when I get the time. The thicker buttcap compared to regular khuks was a nice touch which I didn't notice.

email sent on WWII. I said I wanted it and how I could pay but im not sure what do I do next? And im bummed I missed out on that 15" AK! Oh well I was hoping for either a WWII or an AK for my first anyways....

I can give some background and clarify this. Everything you wanted to know and more. :D

Snap color: I modified the fundraiser sheaths by adding the extra snap cap to the strap. The local leather shop ran out of black snaps and reordered more which did not fit over the base. The distributor's supplier had changed in the meantime. They reordered a different brand from a different supplier, and they still didn't fit. I found a third brand from a place across the country, and they still didn't fit the base. I then tried the nickel snaps, and they fit! So about half have a black snap added, and half got nickel.

Length of strap: The sheaths are supposed to be the same, regardless of snap color. However, there were some minor variations in strap length; I generally put the second snap in contact with the first snap. If someone has a strap that is too tight, it can probably be worked and stretched a bit.
