Very nice pictures indeed. I want that wakizashi sooo bad.. It's amazing! Im broke for another two weeks. Hopefully there will be another, wish there was a two week layaway for DOTD cause i would take it in a second

It varies from sword to sword but most full size katana have a 27-29inch blade and an 8-10inch handle. I own several full size katana and most are roughly 40inchs long.
 
I don't think Mr. Randy will do well hitch hiking with his assortment of shaving implements. I know I wouldn't pick him up myself although he is a right handsome fellow.
 
Congrats on that M43. It would be my pick of the litter. Perfect handy size and weight :)
