Email sent on the big antler BDC! Munk's review has made me a believer.

Keeping my fingers crossed.

Norm

P.S. I have a chandan 14" BDC, but the wood is not nearly that dark. Nice knife. It's also interesting to see the subtle differences between how Sher and Bura do their chainpuris and chits as opposed to Kumar, who seemed to do them all for a while. I really like this Sher chainpuri, but can't justify one of the same size and weight that I already have.

Don't do this to me. That 18" BDC is perfect. I'm tempted to buy it, but then I'd have to go out and rob a 7-11 store. I'm sure that it won't last long. It's probably already gone anyway.:(

Congrats Norm. That is one beautiful blade. Munk's review was on my mind as well. Don't know how I resisted. Great snag!!!

So much for that! Sent my email 7 minutes after the post and still missed it. :(

Maybe someday...!

:D WAHOO, now I have a user with an elk handle! The other's I have are scrimed and I wouldn't want to risk cracking them.

Thank you Yangdu:D

Guess I spoke too soon.:o My condolences Norm. Medbill, you're the shark of the day. Congrats.:D

Nice snag, Medbill. That one had me lookin' twice.
Congrats to whomever got that lil 12 in. AK, that one had the other eye twitchin'.

Thanks guys! My eyes rolled over white for sure. That 12" AK is going to my buddy who was the best man at my wedding last year. I'm a little late on the gift giving.

That full sized BDC looks like the twin of the one I have and love. Very nice score.

Congrats Medbill...

I have a 14" antler BDC that would have gone soooo well with that one.... deleting my ready-to-go email was hard, but <ahem> I keep buying milsurps.... something's gotta give.

Nice, nice khukuri.

Yeah, I have a half-dozen scrimmed ones myself in antler and elephant ivory, but just wanted on old beater for the garden shed. No big deal... ;) :D

Hey, you need an antler handled BDC to scrap the mud off your shoes after diggin' taters or prying stumps out of the backyard. :)

What kind of Milsurps do you collect? Blades or rifles, etc?

Thanks for the congrats guys. My feeding frenzy is going to be over soon its the scent of oil from Nepal that does it to me.

;)

Arrgh. I should have at least shot for this one.

Hmm, medbill, check your email.
