Abaniko, I think you'll like the gool, I've got a couple already or I'd have tried for that one. I wasn't all that excited about gools at first sight, but I became interested after reading about how practical Wharncliffe blades are. They are a handy little knife that I highly recommend now.
 
Sent an e-mail on the Kobra. Been hemming and hawing about a smaller, Sirupati-style blade, and, low and behold, up comes a beautiful little Kobra, and as a YBB too! This has all the earmarks of one of those "meant to be" things :-)
