Oof. These M-43s are killin me. I really want one in 17" with a light wood handle, but I also gave my 15" BAS away so I kinda wanna fill that spot. Either way, I gotta let the wallet fill back up a bit :(
 
Those M43's are awesome. 15" in that model, I think is a tad small, I really like my 18". Granted it's light, only 27oz.

Bonecutters are awesome choppers!
 
Lordy lordy - im glad i had the phone turned off whilst i made my world known spaghetti sauce. I have the HI kamis to thank with the sauce as well, Using my farm knife for exclusively. Im going to guess these beauties are all claimed. Regardless im toothless.

Got that astk today. Got her luxuriating as we speak in warm mineral oil. Off camera: "Whats that hun? You want me to rub your brass encased rivets?!?"
Ill check back in later after i see how this new astk is doing.

M-43 is to me, one of the best all around HI blades. I like them 15" and around 27 oz.

Now is always better.
I wish I'd have had the funds to get a dui or tin chirra when they kept popping up. Now I'm waiting for them to resurface since weeks! :-D

Waiting for the Kobra to come out, who know 2morrow.... maybe not but sure it will come out ....good. Still have time to save$$$.

Well lemme break out the Bonecutter book sno! You would definitely be the Bonecutter King:thumbup: Im still waiting for the 22" BC. Ganga Ram would work too!
 
Actually, he was making khukuris last year, but Yangdu was referring to him by the name Arjune. She later posted that she found out that Arjune was a family nickname, and his real name was Anil.

Making khuk's yes, but I think this is one of his first bonecutters. He's actually been making khukri's for quite awhile now.

Looks very promising too. Seems very talented, course they all are or they wouldn't be working for HI.
