I'm really drawn to the CAK and that ASTK, really nice. I really like that bend/curve at the handle on the Farmcata.

Farmcatas in general don't appeal to me; but this one looks great. The Amar Singh Thapa Knife looks good as well.

Killer deal on the ASTK. That cherokee rose is a beauty. Too bad my budget is spent, I don't see them pop up too often.

The Cherokee Rose has always appealed to me and Tirtha is my favorite kami. I'm not sure why but for some reason this one doesn't tempt me like they usually do.

That Rose's handle is just begging for some woodchucking. It would be stunning with just a few coats of oil, and Tirtha knows how to make a bowie.

The Cherokee Rose is one of the best large fighting knives I've ever handled. I've had mine for years, and she's just a bloodthirty vixen;)

I'm not fond of the farmcata either...the guard needs to exist outside of the handle, not under the blade, imo. I love the farm knife and I like to have a guard, but this isn't my favorite way to do it. I have no doubt that this is a fine knife, however.

Good Afternoon all.I received my 18 inch 41 ounce villager fit and finish Amar Singh Thapa Knife by Dil Kami today and she is one bad blade...the spine is 1/2' thick and she feels good in the hands besides her weight. very nice fit and finish..I am extremely happy..the blade is heavy so you really know you have something in your hand...thank you Yangdu...

Ah my bad Karda.
I've been getting old lately. Please pardon my eye sight.:p

You and me both, jay.
I had to use magnification and squint real hard to see it, but it is there.
I was also pretty sure that the design called for a full tang.
