Man, two of my favorites, BAS and Villager WWII.

And I'm gonna get me one of those 12" Pens, one of these days.

The R10 is nice, also.....

Andy

That's a beautiful WWII. Don't see the big ones that often.

Hey! How come they aren't green???

Yeah some beauties there... the WWII seems a little light at 17 ounces, wonder if that is a typo? I picked up the pen and the Brit Service... so you all should be safe from my purchasing for awhile. The past couple weeks have to be around $1,400 on khuks and other blades... ZOMG! Fortunately some are gifts... but still!

By the way, you all owe Yangdu a big thank you for putting the Brit Service up today, I told her it was the only way I was going to stop sucking up all the deals of the day was if she offered up a Gurkha Khuk... she listened, she offered it, I took it and now you all can take a deep breath and PLEASE save me from myself!

You're a good man, Hiram! I just posted on your other thread about not being able to live much longer without an R blade.

You did your good deed today. I don't know where you're located, but if we ever meet up to talk guns and khuks, I'll buy you a drink. :D

Is there a typo on the weight of that WWII? It seems too light for the length and blade thickness, maybe 27-ounce.

Parke, didn't you want a WWII as well? Make like a froggy and jump! The R10 and a WWII for $175 shipped! How can you go wrong?

Oh I do indeed want a WWII, quite badly in fact. Alas though, I don't have the money for it right now.

I just shot the last of my bank account on the R10. Hopefully I'll snag a WWII next month when I get paid again. I have a pretty tight limit on my spending cash each month.

Thanks for keeping me in mind, though!

That's it. I'm going to have to quit my job so I can beat you other sharks.

Wait...then I wouldn't be able to pay for them. Blasted paradox!

Hey now... do what I did... save up while you are working, and then when you lose your job... blow your savings on HI Khuks... DUH! :foot:

Very nice, reminds me of the Kumar I picked up last week... well the scabbard and frog on the Kumar were custom. But it also had the white metal fittings and they look great. My Bura WWII has the yellow metal fittings and don't look nearly as sharp. Not knocking the yellow, just saying the white metal is gorgeous! I also prefer white gold over yellow... so its a preference I have in general.
