The Shop and Kamis Need Your Help!

Most of you might already know that the availability of electricity at
Birgorkha shop in Nepal is not that reliable.
Well, it is worse now than it was when I visited a while back.

The Kamis are having a difficult time at the shop since the electricity
they need to make your knives and
swords on special orders is not constant.

I need to generate enough money to buy a generator so the shop and the
Kamis have the power they need
to create the high-quality products you expect to get from me. In order
to do that, I am going to run a special
Knives and Sword Sale on the forum until I can afford the generator.

Damn, finally got an AK up, and its a small one. I would be all over that if it was at least a 15 inch model.

Those little AKs are more useful than you might think; you wouldn't be chopping through logs or clearing a lot of brush with it, but as a compact, light hatchet substitute for hiking, they work quite well. I'm tempted by that Bura Gool, but I already have a few; they're a good heavy-duty Wharncliffe, and the price is right -- it would make a great working knife. If the Gool isn't gone by noon, I'll probably take it.

The Gool is mine.

The Gool arrived last night; I haven't really gotten into the R-series knives, but I really like the Gools (the handle wood grain on this one was especially nice).

My EDC is an R-10.... like it so much I cut the handle off of a Sirupati & am making an R-11 out of the blade. The Siru was getting a small crack at the cho, so I decided to sacrifice it to make an R-11. Its gonna be cool!
