I like that short Pen...a very handy size that ought to be pperfect for a backpacking chopper!

It is but the sheath makes it a bit too heavy. I'd say it compares favorably to a GB mini Hatchet. I'd post the link where I compared the two but I'm afraid to

Since I'm keeping track of 15" Pen knives, I will report that this is:

The 10th 15" Pen kniife.
The 4th Village 15" Pen Knife
The 2nd Horn 15" Pen Knife.
The 1st Vim 15" Pen Knife. (Perhaps second Vim knife of all?)
Tied for 2nd as the heaviest 15" Pen Knife.
