That Tirtha Ganga looks a lot like a Bonecutter:). Nice Bevel! If I had cash, and arms like Jake's with which to swing that beast, it would be mine:D. And that GS is a blood thirsty vampire:eek:. Pointy like a Kobra. Congrats Joe, but you also need that GRS/BC;). Take care.

Excellent, kerambits are back in circulation. Time to circle the waters again. Since Joe managed to snag this one, I'm thinking the next one is safe for a late shark? :P

Mmmmhmmmmm. 1 minute after Yangdu posts... For SURE you're scraping the forums, Joe!

to be quite honest...it was fate...I was very lucky..if I told you the truth you wouldn't believe me..:-)..thanks guys..they are very sweet..all of em all...just couldn't afford all of em at this time...:-)...

bummer...too late for the c-bit. Still need one of those. Nice snag there, Joekido.

The GRS is awesome. I have one made by Bura that has been put through the paces time and time again. Mine's not a chirwa though. I couldn't imagine ever being able to wear out or bust one of those.

Oh and that AK bowie is screaming at me. I'm so glad to see them coming in with a wooden grip from time to time:)

I can't believe that GRS/BC is still here! Aside from being about 10 ounces more than I could handle, it fits the bill as being a top flight chopper. I really like the polished flats and villager edge look. Seems to give the looks of the magic stone polish and the benefit of the non-polished edge. It also seems to have a more acute tip than the breed normally has. Oh well, someone will stumble in and find it's just what they've been looking for. Take care.

Nice score on that kerambit, Joe. Sweet looking little blade right there.
Joe is part shark, part cheetah and all greased lightning when it comes to the DOD's.:D

sigh wish i had the money for that GRS.

my rotten luck in life.

does aunty do payment plans ? :/

I have the identical twin of that C-bit. It's one helluva knife. I love it. It's the ultimate steak knife, as well as being just a heck of a good knife, period.
That AK Bowie is calling me. I just can't decide between it and a Tarwar.

good to know. Might be my next purchase! thanks!

I would definitely snag that huge BC if it had about 7"-8" handle allowing for a two-handed grip. Otherwise, I would lop off a limb or pull a muscle within 10 minutes of "playing with it" one-handed.

My C-bit came nice and sharp. I honed it to a scary edge. The false edge hones up nicely, which seems to be the exception with most knives. The more I use my other knives, the more I like my HI knives and my Moras.
I think I need a Kumar Karda and some of the R series knives.
