I wonder if that is a C pattern Kerambit... If so, I want it.

Email sent.

I am passing on this one. I already have two of the original design.

Hopefully a C-Kerambit will be along soon so I can complete the set.

To be clear, this is NOT SOLD, at least to me.

Love that belt knife. I gotta get one for me suit...and I'm dead serious about that. that is a gorgeous dressy knife:)

I have my Gentleman's Stag Handled Khuk for those Sharp Dressed moments....

I just don't dress sharp very often these days. ;)

Steely, I'll let you know! Love the look of the sheath. It IS for my grand daughter.....but she isn't going to need it for a few years. ;)

Yeah, i guess I should worry about wearing a suit first. Most days it's a work t-shirt and jeans.....of course, that AK belt knife would dress that up too:p

That belt knife was too irresistible. I had to email Yangdu to see if she had another like it.

My co-worker of 6 years and friend of 15+ (best bud's little brother) has found a better job than I could offer him (heh..probably a better job than I have). Over the years he has grown to appreciate Nepali steel as I have handed down several R-series knives and a couple villagers to him. However, he never had anything as classy and nice looking as the AK belt knife.

I owe him at least a little something in the way of a parting gift for his years of hardwork and service. While his new boss will probably not allow him to carry it to work, I'm sure he'll find an occasion to wear/use it. Who knows. Maybe one day when he is some big shot CEO he'll keep it in his drawer to remind him of a simpler time. Maybe one day I can use it as a bargaining chip as I come hat in hand looking for a job;)

I'm excited to see one of these belt knives up close. Hopefully I can keep the surprise to myself for a couple hours and give a mini-review before I let on that the knife is in fact his.

Steely, this one is absolutely beautiful. The sheath is nice and tight, and wears perfectly low on the belt. I put a little flitz on it as per warty's advice and the thing practically glows with it's own light!

Bear,Soccer and Rwn. The kerambits are great too. It took me a little bit to get the hang of sharpening one, I actually scratched it up pretty badly, but once you get the hang of it.... wow! The reverse grip is totally natural with it in my left hand.

I checked out the belt knife that came in the mail for my brother-from-another-mother. It's incredibly gorgeous. I have never seen such impeccable craftsmanship coming out of HI. It's is truly a breathtaking masterpiece and heirloom quality.

I opened it up in front of him letting him oo and ahh over it a bit. He kept commenting on how nice it looked. I teased him a bit, and asked him if I really needed another khuk. He made some comment about how I probably had horded enough years ago....smart a$$;) i asked him if he liked it, and he said "Yeah, I've never seen anything like it! This antler feels great in the hand."

You guys should have seen his face when I handed it off to him. I couldn't wait. I was grinning from ear to ear too much to wait until the end of the day. What I can say is that no matter how much my heart thumps when I'm expecting a Triangular box from USPS, I have never anticipated a khuk more than this one. It truly was a gift from the heart, and I'm so pleased that he liked it. He really has been an incredible employee and friend over the years. I wish I could have done more to show my appreciation.

Thank you so much, Yangdu and Pala and Kami Dil. The knife has a "good soul". I can feel it. This beautiful piece of steel and antler will serve my friend and his family for generations to come. Thank you all so much for allowing me to extend a little bit of reward to a guy that has truly earned it:thumbup:
