The lines on that Tarwar are perfect, it looks straight as an arrow. Rajkumar is consistently the best at fit and finish on nicely made blades that really stand out - that Tarwar is a prime example. His offerings are always top notch. Congrats to the lucky shark who lands that one. ;)

You're absolutely right. I had to pass on it, but i do appreciate the head's up the email. Good on ya:) Some lucky shark is going to be mighty happy :)

As luck would have it, I was able to snag the Manakamana Special:) I've been very excited about this knife and had put my name in for the next order. However, as I don't mind if the karda and chakma are missing and plan to make my own sheath for it sooner or later, this is PERFECT:) I'll give you all a write up and some pics when it gets here. I'm taking a mild camping trip at the end of the month/first of next month, and I suppose the MS is going to have to tag along as my big chopper:D

Pairing up an 18" khuk with my Fiddleback Woodsman...I feel pretty well set;)

Gunz-I think you are going to like the Manakamana. It feels great in hand, well balanced.

Nice score Steely_Gunz, I was sorely tempted to grab that deal myself. Such a sturdy looking Khuk, 4 chiruwa pins - Bamm !! That's gonna last at least one lifetime.

Jake-I think you are going to like the Manakamana. It feels great in hand, well balanced, heavy enough to hit with real authority but not so heavy as to be cumbersome.Mine is very reminiscent of my 19" Gelbu-lovely blade indeed. Joe.

That sounds really awesome:) can't wait to try it out.
