Actually no, this is my first. But I did send an email to Auntie about a month ago enquiring for one, and she did say to ask in about a month, and lo and behold...:thumbup:

Redsnake, I'm pretty sure the M43 is the one on the left in the top pic, with the lighter handled wood.

Uh oh - I had arranged for a wood handled replacement for my m43 due to several issues that had arisen with mine. Aunty said she would have one made up and it would hopefully be in the July Shipment.... I certainly hope this one wasn't it! :(
 
Well payment is sent and im now the owner of a M43!
It looks like a great blade now its just the waiting!

My first Kukri....feels special
 
I've spent all day reading up on these threads and drooling over all of the pics of the various HI Khukris.

Now I just have to wait and get lucky to score a DOTD 15" wood handled BAS for my first Khukri *fingers crossed*

Congrats on the M43 Cheftothestars! I hope you can use yours in the kitchen like in that video posted earlier :)
