That's a first for me. Never seen a Reti KK before. Very nice.

Just to help brother Umi.........if you don't have a Tamang, you should. It's an awesome set up.

Course that Reti KK is a different kind of animal and certainly not many out there.

I'd not write off that cleaver neither, Wally thunk it up I think.

Guess I'm not helping much at all and I feel badly about that. I'm usually so good at helping spend other peoples money.

OK, I got it. Get the Tamang and the BDC. That'll do it. Perfect set. The BDC is nice and that one is especially nice.

Of course if you've ever held a Foxy Folly this whole conversation wouldn't be necessary. That's another good one, beautiful and functional. One of my personal top favorites.
Don't suppose we could do 3?
 
Bawanna, that looks like another version of my cleaver if I'm not mistaken? Is there another HI cleaver that was designed before that?

The BDC and Foxy are my picks of the litter, but the FF seems on the heavy side in my opinion. Probably makes for some DEEP fullers though!!

I thought the cleaver was pretty much a mirror image of yours. I'll have to scrutinize more closely.
I don't recall an earlier version but that sure don't mean there wasn't one. Now that I ponder I think there might have been but it was considerably larger.
Have to check into that if Steve Tall isn't already posting as we speak, that man is a magician I tell ya.
 
Bawanna, love the way you write brother, its as if were conversating. I wish i could, i shouldnt even be getting 1, but the detail work on that tamang, and the handle on the bdc. And like you said, a reti kk!?! So light, and small.. Decisions decisions. I do have a 17" ff and a bff, but not in neem. And that bdc sings as loud to me as the other two.

Scara n Bawanna, i did send a request to Auntie, and got the Tamang! Im very happy. Thank you both for the nudge. Im going to try to raise some funds for the other two.

Mateo, please take the reti. I have been wanting a kk for a while, and love my antler reti. It is one light saber!
 
I feel your pain Mateos!! My little men on each shoulder were just having that same argument :) Its the wifes voice telling me no for this round that won though!!
