That's some neat wood on the Rusty SD handle. Don't know that I've seen that before.

I am sorry for the large picture of SD Knife.
 
I've seen a few knives/swords listed as having handle shrinkage. Does that mean there's a gap between the fittings and the wood (it doesn't look like it in the pictures), or that the blade / grip attachment isn't secure, or does it mean that the metal fittings are ever so slightly larger in diameter than the wood? I've avoided those offerings because I don't know how much of an issue it is, but this one looks pretty nice so I thought I'd ask exactly what it means.

WWIIs and Pen Knives, a great combination. They're my 2 of my 3 favorite "regular" HI knives (the other being the Gelbu Special).
