Nice score George! I can't remember the last time I saw a YCS come in under 30oz at 18in.
 
I'm telling you guys to buy yourselves a Rusty SD knife.
I just got mine in the mail today and it is OUTSTANDING.
It's hard to see it in the pictures, but when you look at the spine from the top it is really nice alternating filework! Like on a really fancy, custom-type knife!
My first knife with filework! It has a VERY comfortable handle. The blade profile is great! And..mine came sharp with a nice sheath! I like the plainish black leather sheaths!
 
That Western Knife looks like a real practical winner. Love how simple it is.
 
Didn't notice the file work on the spine till you mentioned it. See it now.
Nice touch.
 
Nice snag stwm! That is a nice little knife:thumbsup: It would go good with a custom sheath piggybacked on a KLVUK or something.
I do like the lines of that Western knife too!
 
Id get it but im having to stock up on beer for now till that hurricane passes:) Gotta have your priorities straight ya know! Looks like were supposed to get a crap load of rain!

Yeah, going to get a lot of water over here too. We're already pretty well set. House in outside of the storm surge, and it's never flooded before. We also have plenty of food and water stored. And I have enough ammo that I won't have to result to the kukri immediately. ;)
