Wow, it's been a while since I last saw a Hanshe! Its weight is perfect for my tastes in a fighter, as was recently discussed on this forum. Congrats to whomever gets it!
 
EMS for Hanshe and Bowie AK. I didn't get the Hanshe, I was too late for it.

That Hanshe looks a lot like the old Classic ones. I hope we see more of these pop up from time to time.
 
This is my first time seeing a Hanshee. Looks like an interesting design that would please even sweetcostarica.
 
I thought I was done buying khukuris, but that hanshee is a beauty. Will HI be receiving more of these Hanshees?
 
Thanks to all the people who've expressed appreciation of the hanshe. It is quite beautiful and Lokendra always does great work.

It was me who got it. My computer lost connectivity right after I sent the email to Yangdu, so I couldn't post this until now.

Congratulations Dave. Truth be told, I'm glad to see you got it. It's awful to have that sense of loss and yearning when life kicks you and you miss out on what you want.

Berkly would know better then me, but I think you nailed it. There is a Hanshe variation that has a much more radical curve. That one was designed to reach over and around shields. This one, is probably part fighter and part brush knife.
