James you may have beaten me to the bowie. If so, good snag.

I want to see that Bolo in a cutting competition/torture test with a FBM. 1/2" of differentially tempered 5160. Man, that's a monster.

Nice work, Kumar.

Would love to pick up that bolo, but sadly I don't have the money. :(

That chitlangi bowie is just amazing.

It'll go with my 25" villager Chitlangi

Somebody grab that Sarge knife or Kismet will feel bad. When Kismet feels bad, we all suffer. Seriously, it's a great knife. You don't like it,I'll buy it from you.;)

Terry, I just got an email bomb from Yangdu. I didn't get the bowie.:grumpy: (sound of wounds being licked in the background) Major grab by you or whoever got it. :D

_Really_ pretty wood on that Sarge knife. No $ but tried and missed on it anyway. I have a chandan Sarge, but it looks positively plain compared to that one. I also think that in recent months they have refined and improved the guard on those a bit.

Also, I don't think hill walnut is a regular offering on the Chitlangis at all. I love my old amtrak 21" chit and 20" kumar chit, or I might have been all over that one, as well as the big pen. (Assuming I had any bread. :D)

Great selection today.

Hey I tried, _before_ you wrote this and still missed! That was a pretty one.

but uncle norm! but but but that chit didn't have standard bolsters! how could you want it! :>

i think in the near future, i'll write yangdu and ask what she has in the way of good prices on those poor overstocked chits in exactly the style i want/need :)

also, look at the picture of the bolo and chit, they spec out at .25" of each other, but that chit looks at least an inch or two longer. mmm. i'd really like a 22, 24, 26" chit as i keep saying.

James I missed the Bowie too, but got the Bolo. That Bowie was gorgeous. I guess it found the right home though. Congrats to them!
