Groan! I wish I could justify that neem handled Tin Chirra, but I already have two of them by Bura in horn and chandan.

Nice work, and 6 oz. lighter than either of mine.

Don't have the $$ after my Trishul purchase but the Tin Churra is on my list. Just looks like a great chopper

Cripes I got too busy at the clinic and missed out on the 1 I like :(

I know what you mean. I hate it when work interferes with more important stuff! :D

Me too Norm, me too! The only thing keeping me from snapping it up is that it has the habaki bolster, and the fact that I'm sorta over extended at the moment.:(
But I *could* get the dollars if I were serious.:D ;)

I was thinking the same thing about that bolster, Yvsa. The problem is, the wood on the handle looks so nice - and I've been wanting a tin chirra for so long - I'm still considering pulling the trigger on it anyway. Hopefully someone will come along and kindly solve this problem for me by buying it before I can. :)

Bud Dave, you've been wanting a Tin Chirra for soooo long now. You've got the opportunity to finaly scratch the itch. :D I know, I'm not helping. Sorry.

The Movie Model is mine. It'll be interesting to see how it compares to my 21" GS.

I bet you'll like it a lot, and that was a great price, too.

Congrats

What is that NEEM Tin Chirra still doing there - are you guys trying to bankrupt me? Please take it soon...

Astrodada - you wanted fullers - tin chirra means three fullers - if it's anything like mine, this would be a great first khukuri!!!!

Mmmmmm Neemmmmmm....

Yeah, and if it sits there much longer, Satori might snag it. He's wanted one for quite some time, and he keeps missing them. (he was bummed that he missed the horn handled from Uncle Bills Birthday Specials). Has anyone etched a tin chirra?

mike

TIN CHIRRA just sitting there, huh?

It weighs only 26 oz- and is 18" long: that's still pretty heavy considering there are three fullers- so you have one stout blade, very CARRYABLE, and you folks aren't chomping because of a bolster????!!

Scotty, beam me up.

btw- we owe 15000 for home improvement so I'm exempt from sharking these...
