Dang sweet stuff for sale today.

Email sent on Kerambit. I so cannot afford to spend that money right now. This [baby] shark is done for the year. :(

Saved by tinmaddog. Now if someone would please remove the BDC from availability, my savings would be appreciative :/

Good job, Tin. I got the Kerambit yesterday, cant wait for it to get here.

That Bojpori is a nice looking blade too.

That is the first sub-14" BDC I have seen since just after they came out. Very scarce! The demand for the 14" models pretty much dried them up. Nice little size, and a super price considering all the originals sold for $100.

I have been waiting for a chainpuri to pop up, but I think I will wait for a longer one.

Nice selection today.

Las vegas has been very good to me.
Looks like I'll be buying a lot of knives this month lol.
Email sent on chainpur villager hehe...

hope theres more kerambits after the holiday season once I have a little disposable income...

seeing all these ones now makes me so jealous of you guys that are getting them!

Norm- am I losing my tiny remnant of a mind? I thought the BDC was originally offered in 12" and 14" size?

Always personaly thought that was a mistake.

Munk, they were first offered in 10" at $100 and 14" at $125. I believe there was one or two specials in late 2003, but Dan got the ball rolling with a signup list for both sizes in February 2004 with Uncle Bill's blessing.

Lot's of people signed on for both, but I think most folks quickly realized the 14" size was much more practical, so that size took off. A few were sold at the smaller size for a while. There were several that came in at exactly today's size, in horn, at 11" and 12 oz., as well as some 10.5", but they were all technically classified as "10 inch" models. This is the first "little" BDC in close to 18 months as far as I know.

We were all getting super-discounted deals on the mid-sized BDC for a long time, as low as $70, but this recent pricing for both the larger and smaller BDC's yesterday and today is spot on, considering they are the same as when the model was first introduced.

When the 18" size came out earlier this year (I think it was the one shown below from January; BTW, don't you have the first, or one of the first?), Yangdu logically bumped the price slightly, which is very fair for a knife this large and well made. I have an 11" by Kumar and a couple of the 14"ers by Bura, but I'm not one of the fortunate folks who has one of the larger ones by Bura. (I do have one by Vim though. :D)

BTW, this is the one I wished I had snagged!
