What would you like to say to Mr. Emerson if you met him in person? I would start by saying, Mr. Emerson, how about making a Mini CQC-15, in Left Hand for all us southpaws? Was over at the local Knife shop that does hand some Emerson's, that Mini CQC-15 fells so good, but is it a right handed only.

Simply, thanks for your contribution to this world, and congratulation on finding your purpose. We should all be so "lucky" (involves sweat, diligence, character).

My missions (plural) in life are many but one is seeing that us lefties have the same opportunities at the larger righty of the world. Sadly I am not ambidextrous, but do shoot both a rifle, and shotgun righty. Never could figure that one out.

My other mission is always been helping others, a lesson I learn long ago from a Reserve Captain, with the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department, who was my neighbor.

Who taught me that lesson one Christmas Season when his group off Reserve Deputies did their annual adopt a need family. Ask me to help with the loading and unload of a lot of wonderful things a truly need family need. Lets say that lesson has stay with me over 50 years.

It is not a bad thing being the way I am in my eyes, if you do not agree, well maybe you have not had the same life experiences as me.

I'm sure he's already been approached about it, but I'd ask him to consider CPM154 as a bladesteel. I'd also ask him to do a V version of the PSARK.

Hmm. I'm left handed, but my knife rides in my right pocket where it belongs.

Well I am not sure if there is a right or wrong hand, but as I have a lot of arthritis (it is a pain), I find I am stronger in my left hand than right. So I perfet things like handguns, and knifes being available to my left hand. I do carry a small Swiss Army Knife deep in my right pocket, as there is is not interfering with two sets of keys.

Like I said I am what some call a true south paw doing everything Left Handed, with the exception of shooting Rifles, and Shot Guns.

At my age I am too old to change, and unlike my mother & her brother who were lefties. When they got to school, they were made to write right handed, as back than being a lefty was not tolerated by the educational system.

I do hope some day that EKI expands their line to have more Left Handed Models, maybe starting with the Min CQC-15 being the first new offering. But I also understand maybe we south paws are lucky to have (2) Emerson Model made in a Left Handed Mirror Version of the Right Handed Models of the CQC-7, and the Commander. As we are not a big market share to cater to.

I wouldn't mind seeing at least one more model being offered in lefthand. I have friends and family that are lefthanded. I have at times felt it was a mistake for gifting them righthanded Emerson models, they have hurt themselves using them on a couple occasions. I am not fond of the Commander and chisel ground bladed CQC-7B given my work knife preferences. I only gift what I like and trust, Emersons.
