well if it broke because of manufacturing defects you can send it in to be fixed or replaced. if you abused it then that is your fault, maybe consider getting something to abuse and something to use properly.

how exactly did it break? and under what circumstance?
 
He broke down due to heavy use. The manufacturer is not guilty. This knife in me long ago. Just need a new knife.
 
I had to cut a lot of this knife, the blade had not broken. Had broken the lock. The blade was badly kept. This worked for my knife. It's time to rest. I need a new knife from Spyderco.

I enjoyed this knife last 2 years, every day. This is the best knife for $ 60. Now I will only buy Spyderco. I've had knives of different companies, but I just love this.

I feel the same way about my Spydies...I only carry Spydie folders (ESEE for the fixed blades). Now if the new ones would hurry up and get in stores.
