Dear Spark There's a thread missing?

On the morning of Sept 11th 2001, my wife had just left for work in Manhattan and I was online and checking in with Bladeforums.com. When a report came on the local news that a plane had crashed into one of the Twin Towers. My first reaction was, "Holy Sheat!" Then while still watching the tv I saw the second plane fly into the other tower. I know I was the first person here to report what was happening. And while our President sat for nine minutes with a kindergarten class not knowing what to do, I knew what to do, it was to post here, "We're Under Attack!!!"

The thread went on for a couple of pages. As much as I think all of my threads are note worthy, I can't think of any thread that captured such an important moment in this countries history. But, for the life of me I can't find that thread after several searches. I find stuff before and after, but not that thread.

That leaves me wondering...WHERE THE PHUCK DID IT GO? AND WHY?
 
Several years ago there was a storage crisis and old threads were purged in some forums, including Community Center. Everybody got plenty of warning and time to save everything they wanted to save.... I guess you probably weren't around for a month or so, at just the wrong time. Sorry....

I checked but wayback doesn't appear to have that page,,unless I just overlooked it.
