I just received a one of the foliage green sprint run Manix 2, and man am I impressed! This is bar none, the nicest production folder I own, or have ever owned (among my many Benchmade, Kershaw, Emerson, SOG etc). Fit and finish are flawless, the ergos are great, and I absolutely love the nice grippy g-10 and the jimping everywhere. The action is super smooth, the blade is easy to deploy with the oversize hole, and the blade snaps (perfectly centered) into the handle, letting you know it's not going anywhere. It also locks up really solidly with the ball bearing system and there is no blade play whatsoever. The blade size and shape are perfect and the full flat grind makes the Manix 2 a slicing machine. Not to mention that it came light saber sharp. I mean this knife is SHARP! Everything about the knife just oozes quality, I couldn't believe how perfect it was. Thank You for making such an excellent blade! I haven't owned a Spyderco for more than ten years (before that I had a Delica that I gave to my brother). I am so glad I decided to jump back in and try one out again. I will certainly be looking into other models and if they are executed anywhere close to as nicely as the Manix 2 I have, I know I will not be disappointed. Thanks again for putting my new favorite folder into my pocket.
