Deassisting my Blur

Ok fine you guys were right. The Blur is better without the assist. I thought to myself before "how could it be better with LESS parts?" But it is. If any of you out there haven't tried it I'd recommend doing so.
 
I did it, super smooth, but I like a stronger detent so it went right back in. A deassisted blur has a detent but it is not very strong. And the assist is very strong, it opens faster than most autos Ive played with. I will tell you one thing the unexperienced should not take apart there blur. I had a fun time getting the torsion bar back in...
 
Yeah I don't think the detent is very strong I feel like one sharp movement and it'll open up inside my pocket. A shame though because it is amazingly smooth without the assist.
 
That's why I added a bit more tension to the lock bar. The detent is much improved now, although I will concede that it still doesn't compare to the retention from the torsion bar.
