Decent Light Duty Gloves

For wearing to work and when I'm out during the day from the office. They don't have to be super warm or super water proof, just kind of. The only thing they will be used for other than keeping my hands warm when I'm walking to lunch is mainly for driving my truck when its 20 below in the morning and cleaning snow and ice off my windows in the morning.

I've also got fairly wide, fat hands and short fingers, so sometimes fitting can be a problem.
