This may get me shunned for asking because of the stigma associated...... But I have a soft spot for tracker style blades.

Is there a tracker knife out there that is of quality that won't cost me and arm and a leg to get?

I don't want to spend a lot. iE tops of beck, but I have not seen any tracker blades for sale except on the bay.

If anyone has any info on production or customs, let me know!

Nothing wrong with buying a Tops version...less expensive, profile it a bit and have at it......

otherwise

He's looking for something cheaper then Gossman, Martin or Beck.

This is not even close to a Tracker!

Vpetrell , look at the CFK Tracker on the bay. They are very good for the money, and a great way to give a Tracker a try to see if it's for you.

Is cfk decent? I read part of the thread about them not being a quality company. I know for the 50 spent on a blade may only be worth 50$ but is their reputation as a dealer good to go off of? I heard they avoid where they get their blades from and they aren't a trustworthy company

The csk threads says all you need to know about the company, but if thats all you want to spend well there isn't another choice for that style knife.

A few friends of mine bought them and had no issues. It's a $50 knife so "it is what it is". Spend $150 and find a used Tops Tracker on the forums.

This one is from EX Gurkha khukuri house . it mite be worth you taking a look at ..
